BIM MODELING

How we see the BIM, as a whole, refers to the process of all parties involved in the construction and lifecycle management of built assets, working collaboratively and sharing data. However, the true power of BIM lives in the “I” (information). All of the information gathered— from conception to completion— isn’t just stored, it’s actionable. The data can be used to improve accuracy, express design intent from the office to the field, improve knowledge transfer from stakeholder to stakeholder, reduce change orders and field coordination problems, and provide insight into existing buildings for renovation projects later on.

BIM COORDINATION

BIM Coordination is a specific process or workflow that requires proper management and a coordinated approach in order to be successful. There are generally two key roles within a BIM project: a BIM Coordinator and an Information Manager. A BIM Coordinator can also fulfil the role of Information Manager if required but would generally have a wider set of responsibilities than the Information Manager. A BIM Coordinator will be an integral part of the design team, establishing and managing the BIM project workflow and being responsible for quality, clash detection and data conversion.

BIM MANAGEMENT

Our role as BIM manager is to implement all the procedures in BIM and Digital Construction during the design, construction, and handover of a project. Our BIM managers leads and supports the use of digital technology to create BIMs in the AEC sector. BIMREX BIM managers can go from implementing and managing project support tasks to quality support, IT, and even coding. What we do during every project is taking all the necessary factors for project implementation and completion, categorize them, and use them to turn the BIM environment into a productive and collaborative one.
